Its been a while since I last posted. Many things have been happening and mainly due to work.
I decided to post today to explain why I build www.today-self-esteem.comI have been receiving e-mails from visitors and found a common thread was that low self esteem was ruling their lives. Once it is identified that someone suffers from low self exteem there are ways to build upon it and regain self confidence and reinforce self worth.
So to make life easier for all of us I decided to thoroughly research the subject and hence today self esteem was born. I would appreciate any thoughts you might have or if there is another subject page you believe I should add.
