I took this one step further and placed the widget on my internal pages and I am now waiting to see what effect this has. I did this as Alexa report page views as well and this seems to have some effect on your rankings.
If you want to increase your Alexa traffic ranking install the Alexa toolbar and the Alexa widget to your sites. It is working for me.
The site I have focused on is my main psychic ability website. It has gone from 2.9 million to 1.7 million since my last post.
I have used a few techniques to get the visitors as I have described and the one working for me is so far the traffic exchanges. I am not talking about having one traffic exchange sending me thousands of visitors as it would only be coming from the one ip address. No I have devised a way that the traffic exchange visitor leaves the exchange to view my site more formally.
